HOUSING
by robertpcjohansson, Uppsala Universitet, Uppsala, Sweden
Business Studies, Erasmus
Personal assessment
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Great apartment building and close to the school
Personal comments:
A bit expensive but much better standard than the horror stories about british apartments I had heard before departure. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Activities, Nightlife, Travel: Takes place mostly within the university/student environment Personal comments:
They had interesting rock bars. The names keep changing though so they'll probably be different now This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: English
Was learning English a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't. How much did you improve your English?
My level before: At ease in most situations My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang) Personal comments:
I did not have problems as I have been learning English since I was 3. But sometimes it was harder to understand the supermarket employees than the teachers! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
nothing in particular.but perhaps the english academic style. In my opinion:
Most people loved it.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
To carry on like this FINAL COMMENTS
Travel as much as you can.In your social life you cannot be shy, otherwise you won t meet anyone. Read a lot if you are up to improve your host language.Avoid speaking on your own language. And enjoy and be occupied most of the time.Take as much advantadge as you can of everything and every single day. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
