Honigkamp is where most of the people stay, which is where I stayed. There are two things about Honigkamp. 1. Parties 2. sharing kitchens. The parties can be an issue if you really want or need to study and can not due to the noise. The kitchens are usually fine, except if you have a ethnic group that cooks smelly food or have people that don't clean when they should. This can make life hard. Otherwise, Honigkamp is the greatest!! Read Review

Location
Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? There was a large amount of interaction with other international students.
Personal comments:
The housing was great. There was alot of social activities at the housing and it was very easy to commute around the city from this particular place of residence.

KEY:
Amazing! Hardly had time to study.
Plenty to do when I had the time.
So-so.
Did not get involved.
Nightlife
Travel
Overall
Describe host city: Students equally interact with the local and student community
Nightlife: Takes place mostly within the university/student environment
Activities: Takes place mostly outside the university/student environment
Travel: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal comments:
In Arnhem, Bamboo 6 was the early evening club, followed by Swing, which is directly next to Bamboo 6. Swing is by far the best club in Arnhem. This is due to the music, size and atmosphere.

Quality of courses
KEY:
Fantastic.
Pretty good.
Could've been a bit better.
Disappointing.
Variety of courses

Interaction with other international students
Interaction with local students
Course recommendations:
If you plan to study for a whole year, it is possible to obtain a double degree. This will give you advanced options regarding courses. If there is any course that is offered at the University it is possible to take, even if the course is outside of the program. The director of courses is very helpful.

My opinion of the university assessment

KEY:
Liked it.
It was alright.
A bit annoying.
Didn't like it.
Exams throughout the course
Essays and/or projects at the end of course.

Overall
Personal comments:
Do not let the social life interfere with your studies and you will be fine. If you keep up with the work then your grades will reflect.
