Personal recommendation
If you are an engineer it is a good university, but the business courses are limited. Language courses are great to both improve your german and other foreign language if you speak one. I took beginners Italian and I learned Italian as well as improving my German.

Final comments
Travel, because if will never be more available for you to do so. When you're young, it's always more fun, and you see the culture more since you don't have as much money to stay in the 3 or 4 star hotels. Try hard to speak the language you're trying to learn as much as you can, because it's so easy to fall into hanging out with people who speak english.

Course recommendations
German courses are spoken in fast german and it's hard to take anything other than language classes when your german is not really good.

Cell phones waste a lot of money if you have a pre-paid card. Try not to chit-chat on a cell phone. Have water at dinner, it saves a lot of money in the long run. Buy Bahn card for the train. it really saves a lot of money in the end.
