Universidad de Cantabria (UC)

Universidad de Cantabria, Avda. Los Castros, s/n, 39005 Santander, Spain
4.29 / 5 based on 138 reviews.
Description:
The University of Cantabria is a young public university, created by a Decree passed on the 18th of August, 1972. Until then, university education in Santander was limited to the courses offered by The School of Civil Engineering, established in 1966, and the specialism in Physics in the Faculty of Science, which had been created in 1969. Both the School and the Faculty were dependent on The University of Valladolid. The establishment of Santander as an independent University dates from 1971. Two years later, The Faculty of Medicine was set up, the new Faculty of Science building was inaugurated and The University Colleges of Industrial Engineering, Business Studies, the College of Mining Engineering in Torrelavega and The Teacher Training School were incorporated.

If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? You can't find another way to live in Santander.
Personal comments:
They find you an appartment and that's a good point. But there is no campus and that's pretty bad.
