La Universidad de Murcia tiene sus orígenes más remotos en el siglo XIII. Fue en 1915 cuando se constituiría la cuarta y definitiva fundación, la Universidad de Murcia se unía a las nuevas universidades de Distrito que por entonces funcionaban en España, siendole conferido un territorio jurisdiccional que comprendía las provincias de Murcia y Albacete.

Badulake is the main bar for international students and sells cheap drinks on Wednesdays (Erasmus night). Many other cheap bars are located around La Merced campus in the city centre. I enjoyed the atmosphere at Mundaka Lounge it was very chilled out during the day and came to life at night.
