Why? Because, in here we far away to activities of university, and course.
Personal comments:
L'aquila is very bad about housing. Because in 2009 this city pass a earthquake. Center of the city is not useable now. So students are looking for near cities for housing.

Going abrod is the best way to study laguage. Univeristy also provided language course. Social life made us to use it.
