It was not legal for me to work

I ate out a lot of also traveled a lot. There were plenty of cheap places to eat in the city however.

I live with my parents in Ireland, therefore I was spending more money on accommodation and food costs.

I would advise getting a visa card as it means you aren't carrying around a lot of money with you and plus your parents can lodge money easily to your account.
