If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? I like to be independant and have my own rooms.

a was lucky to find a room in an appartment together with a french girl. so I learned about the real french way of life and had to speak french at home as well.

Nightlife, Travel: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal comments:
Pubs and some discos. If you prefer a quiet atmosphere, you can choose some good cafes. Pubs close about 1AM but discos close later. Anyway too soon for me ;(

You should clarify the subjects you really want to study before coming here. You could have some problemsif you don't do it.

My opinion of the university assessment
Exams at end of course
KEY:
Liked it.
It was alright.
A bit annoying.
Didn't like it.
Exams throughout the course
Essays and/or projects at the end of course.
Essays and/or projects throughout the course
Overall
Personal comments:
I'm coming here to make the final project degree. It is a good idea to ask for doing it in a factory instead of the university. You could know the general work method in France.

The main reason is the next one: if you are living in a new place, you try to know everything. Besides the cost of life in France is more expensive than in Spain.
Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Housing: was more expensive than at home.
Food, Telephone: was the same price as at home.
Personal comments:
The best option is having a VISA card, so you can buy in the shps, supermarkets and so on without any commission cost.
