Was learning French a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my French How much did you improve your French?
My level before: Everyday knowledge (shopping, directions, etc.) My level after: At ease in most situations Personal comments:
Nothing can beat living in a place for learning a language. I was lucky to make French friends - I think often the foreign international students naturally have more in common with each other than the locals and don't get to practice the local language or another language if you are English. Yes, I wanted to improve my French How much did you improve your French?
My level before: Basic phrases My level after: At ease in most situations Personal comments:
I made a lot of improvement, because I worked in a French highschool. Most people make a lot of progress, but I knew a lot of people that only learned a few phrases by the time the left. It just depends on your motivation. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

To learn the language there where it is spoken is the best way. It was hard to follow classes though cuz I hardly spoke French at all but after a while one gets into it. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
