Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Campus accomodation is provided by host university, you don't have to look for, and it's the cheapest thing you can find
Personal comments:
If you can go in Strasbourg earlier than september, you can look for a student appartment, elsewhere you have to insist to get a campus accomodation This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Why? Beacouse is cheap, friendly, and close to the faculty and the city center
Personal comments:
the french sistem of student housing pretty well organized . In stasbourg there are 4 big student houses but only two are close to the campus, i was lucky, beacause I had a rom in the closest one. there are two types of room. a little room of 9 squared mt. with a basin and common services. there is also a litlle number of "studio" a bit larger rooms with bathroom. all the rooms in the Paul Apple student House have been recently renewed. Type of housing: room
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? An apartment can be chared with someone and offers more space.
Personal comments:
My friend stayed at the Cité (Student accomodation) Paul Appčl. It was kind of creepy and the room was really small. There were only two showers and two (working) toilets for 20 people. And the kitchen wasn't worth his name... There was a lot of noise. There was no doorbell, so everyone yelled or wistled. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Why? It was a very good price regarding the location and considering all services included.
Personal comments:
It was really good to find accomodation at the University. It was extremely well situated, full of students, a very good price and clean. The only thing missing was a living room and more space at the kitchen since there was only 2 stoves for more than 50 people at each corridor. Why? The atmosphere was very warm and sociable on campus, so I'd choose to come back here.
Personal comments:
I was very lucky with my campus, passing the European Parliament on the bus everyday was great. Private apartments were the seemed to me the next best option. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Why? I would choose an appartment closer to the old town. My appartment was located in one of the "HLM" buidlings, and it was really loud there.
Personal comments:
There was no housing offered by the university. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
