At some points I spent more, but that was because at home I lived with my parents, so I didn't had the costs for housing and food. Telephone costs were higher because of international calls. The overall living costs in Castellón were lower than in the Netherlands. Food, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Overall: was the same price as at home. Travel, Nightlife: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
At every corner of the street is a cash dispenser! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Most products and accommodation is much cheaper than in Germany. Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Depending on where you buy, products are more or less affordable. The best option to buy is Mercadona or, if you require more variety, Carrefour o Alcampo, but they are a bit more expensive. If you live in a shared appartment, watch out that all pay the same, to prevent that they make you pay more. To open a bank account you have to possess a Número de identificación del extranjero (NIE), to be gotten in the police office (Ronda Magdalena). In certain banks (e.g. Bancaja), the card they give you incorporates the Carnet Jove (paying a bit extra). Having it, you pay less for the cinema and the train, e.g. The train is cheaper (- 20%) if you acquire ida y vuelta. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Spanish life is cheaper than Italian one, but, you know, when you're outside, you never pay attention where you waste your money, and nightlife in Spain gives you a lot of chanches. Nightlife, Telephone: was more expensive than at home. Food, Travel, Overall: was the same price as at home. Housing: was less expensive than at home.
