The purpose of this position is to provide temporary, administrative support to the below:

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform all incidental and relevant administrative tasks under direction

* Organize, distribute and archive information and correspondence

* Coordinate and organize meetings

* Acting as an internal point of contact for departmental matters

* Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and other documents

* Translating documents

* Supporting the creation and/or compilation of presentations

* Maintaining and updating the team SharePoint (if applicable)

Key Relationships:

* Franchise merch team

* Franchise partner manager and district manager

* Marketing team

* SCM teams / order fulfilment team

* Smart supply team

* Retail allocation & planning teams

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

* Strong communication and interpersonal connection skills

* Process oriented and open mindset

* High level knowledge of MS office (excel)

* High level of integrity and trustworthiness

* Very good written and spoken German and English skills

* Interest in sports

Required education and experience / minimum requirement:

* Currently studying at a college or university (certificate of enrollment available for the relevant period)

* Good user knowledge of MS-Office (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
