About the opportunity

* Effectively pitch pandasend's value proposition, negotiate commercial deals, and implement brand strategies to boost visibility and drive vendor activation and order growth.
* Work closely with the other teams to close opportunities, onboard new vendors, and drive their growth.
* Stay informed and updated on industry trends, and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach to build strategic partnerships while fostering trust with vendors by understanding their needs.
* Develop sales forecasts, implement strategies, and assess effectiveness, consistently exceeding targets while working independently.
* Support urgent and ad-hoc business tasks as required.

What you need to be successful

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other related field.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Experience in pitching and negotiating is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
