The AppleCare Technologies team has an immediate opening for a Cross-Functional Quality Engineer to plan and lead cross-functional testing across complex AppleCare projects in the Logistics domain. You will be responsible for the planning, preparation, resourcing, execution management, issue resolution, and progress reporting of testing activities across business and technical groups on the project.
Extensive experience leading testing/QA, with emphasis on planning and managing cross-functional testing Extensive experience with Logistics & Supply Chain domain and testing, as well as freight carriers or third-party logistics providers. Experience with different testing methodologies and driving a quality mindset Experience establishing QA program structure for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives Ability to develop technical expertise and understanding of system interdependencies, and their impacts on testing plans Experience with system and/or software architecture models Ability to abstract technical details and effectively communicate to audiences at different levels Proficient at balancing multiple efforts at a time Excellent listening, communication, leadership and presentation skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal partners Exemplify flexible thinking, curiosity, self-motivation, dedication to quality, focus on the details, and a positive perspective Ability to navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans Strong organizational and documentation skills Hands on SAP functional experience MM/SD
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Quality Assurance certification (ISTQB, ASQ, etc) and/or PMI certification is highly desirable
