Context and Purpose of the job
Within the A|X Armani Exchange Business Unit, you will aim to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of training across the global retail workforce.
The position will report directly to the WW Retail Training Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
* Monitor the store network through structured store visits, with the preparation of feedback reports highlighting key findings from on-site observations
* Deliver engaging and interactive in-store training sessions on sales techniques and customer experience excellence
* Support back-office activities related to the planning of both classroom and in-store training sessions
* Assist in the preparation of classroom training (room set-up, materials, presentations, and all resources required for course delivery)
* Support the organization and coordination of video shoots for training "micro-content" on Customer Experience or product knowledge
* Update training materials, including layouts, latest collection images, and content updates
* Support the management of periodic communications with regional teams and stores (updates on materials, new content availability, etc.)
* Support the organization of induction programs for retail roles
* Manage operational activities related to the e-learning platform and liaising with content providers through the LMS systemRequirements
* Previous experience in retail training within a corporate environment is a must, preferably in the fashion industry
* Master's Degree
* Fluency in both Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
* Excellent knowledge of Office Suite
* Excellent knowledge of key Retail KPIs
* Prior experience with LMS platforms, training apps and e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate)
* Good knowledge of iMovie and Premiere Pro
* Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus
* Passion for fashion, with strong awareness of current trends
* Strong communication, relational, organizational and analytical skills
* Precision, attention to detail and flexibility

The base salary range for this position is 26.000 - 42.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi
