As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in building, developing and scaling markets through distributor partnerships, directly impacting business growth, brand presence and execution excellence. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, offering strong autonomy, international exposure and the opportunity to influence commercial results across diverse markets.

Your Impact & Key Contributions
In this role, you will focus on driving sustainable growth by strengthening distributor performance and market execution:
* Lead, coach and energize distributor partners to build strong capabilities and operational excellence.
* Build and deploy annual joint business plans aligned with global brand priorities, including volumes, pricing, promotions, mix and activation.
* Negotiate commercial terms and ensure brand standards and compliance across markets.
* Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant and impactful activation plans across channels (AFH, Travel Retail and others).
* Own and manage key commercial KPIs such as net sales, profitability, forecast accuracy, A&P and distributor sell-out.
* Analyze market performance, competitor dynamics and pricing trends to create data-driven action plans.
This role requires regular market visits, offering firsthand exposure to diverse business environments and customer realities.
How You’ll Work
You will act as the main commercial interface between distributors and EVAI internal teams, working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions. Success in this role comes from your ability to connect people, align priorities and turn insights into execution.

* Openness, curiosity and cultural sensitivity to work effectively across markets and diverse teams.
* At least 3 years in commercial roles, with knowledge in distributor accounts. International distributors is a plus.
