Join Accenture and help leading organizations reimagine how work gets done through Intelligent Automation. In this role, you'll design and deliver automation solutions using technologies like Power Platform, UiPath, and Blue Prism, while collaborating directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions. You'll work across process automation, custom development, and emerging AI-driven capabilities, gaining exposure to global projects, continuous learning opportunities, and innovative teams shaping the future of operations.

Key responsibilities:
* Design, development and delivery of automated solutions
* Work with operational users to create virtual workforce
* Map current and future state processes, supporting implementation of automated solutions to drive customer benefits, within agreed budgets and timescales
* Design and create well-documented, supportable and extensible developments whilst maintaining the work of other consultants, partners and clients
* Get involved with data identification, extraction, manipulation, design, visualisation and process evaluation to provide key operational benefits

Required Qualifications:
* Experience in Robotic Process Automation with Power Automate and Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism
* Preferable experience in Business Process Management and Process Mining with PEGA, Appian, Camunda, Celonis
* Experience in Intelligent Automation technologies (Automation Anywhere, OCR, NLP, ML) a plus
* Programming background and readiness to train on Intelligent Automation Tools
* Web development/Custom development skills (HTML, CSS, .NET, C#, Python)
* Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal
* Ability to talk to client and get the Business Requirements

Desired Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
* Experience in using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) services
* Additional languages on top of Latvian, English and Russian will be counted as advantage
