CIAM Specialist / Engineer - Home or Hybrid

The CIAM Specialist/Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting customer identity solutions across the organization, with a focus on secure, scalable, and compliant access for external users (B2B and B2C).

What You'll Do
* Design and deliver CIAM solutions for external users
* Implement SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML authentication flows
* Integrate identity into web & mobile applications
* Configure Entra ID / B2C user journeys, policies, and providers
* Support onboarding of new apps & troubleshoot identity issues
* Drive identity projects (customer onboarding, modernization)
* Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness

What You Bring

* Experience with Microsoft Entra ID & B2C / External ID
* Strong understanding of authentication & API security
* Background in B2B / B2C identity solutions
* Familiarity with IAM concepts (IGA, PAM, lifecycle)

Nice to Have

* Experience in regulated environments (SOX, GxP)
* DevSecOps / cloud / microservices exposure
* Scripting (PowerShell, Python)

What You Need

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* Advanced English (written & spoken)
* Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / B2C (External ID)
* Solid knowledge of SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
* Background in CIAM / IAM environments
