YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION The Group Operations Transformation (GOT) Division is responsible for establishing and implementing the Human Resources, Communication, and Change Management strategy for AXA GO, thereby helping to accelerate the agile transformation of our organization. In this context, you will join the Strategic Projects Communication department. Reporting to the Communication Projects Executive Manager, your main tasks will include: Participating in the development of communication plans (objectives, targets, schedules, measurement of results) Producing content related to these communication plans (articles, internal memos, presentations, etc.) Preparing briefs for our graphic studio to develop visual identities for certain projects Contributing to the organization of local and global events You will develop: Your writing skills Your organizational skills Your project management capabilities Your ability to persuade YOUR PROFILE You enjoy: Working in an international and multicultural environment Writing content (articles, interviews, etc.) Organizing events Being versatile and discovering a variety of topics Education: Master's level (Bac+4/5), Communication School or University, HR degree with a strong Communication component Ideal work-study rhythm: 3 days in the company / 2 days at school per week or 3 weeks / 1 week Soft skills: Team spirit Service-oriented mindset Proactivity Flexibility and adaptability Curiosity Hard skills: Writing skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Clipchamp knowledge is appreciated Languages: Fluent French C1+ or fluent English (all documents will need to be written in English) YOUR FUTURE PLAYGROUND About AXA As a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
