As an efficient and competent partner, DTSE provides services for Deutsche Telekom AG and its investments, particularly in the areas of finance, purchasing and personnel.
Your tasks as part of the commercial management team
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.09.2026:
* Research and identification of potential customers and relevant events via online platforms, databases and industry directories
* Development and maintenance of a list of potential customers and their continuous expansion (sales pipeline)
* Qualification of leads based on defined criteria (e.g. industry, company size, demand)
* Support in planning and implementing contact measures (e.g. emails, LinkedIn messages) using various channels as well as support through modern tools and AI applications
* Support for targeted campaigns, including the development of prospect-lists and follow-up activities
* Maintaining and updating CRM data with high data quality
* Evaluation of important key figures (e.g. number of new contacts, answers or appointments) and preparation of simple reports
* Close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
* Research on market trends, competitors, and potential new business opportunities
Your profile
You are studying business administration, marketing, sales, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
* Strong research and analysis skills
* Very good written and oral communication skills in German
* Very good English language skills
* First experience with CRM systems and AI agents is an advantage
* Independent, structured and motivated way of working
* Willingness to regularly familiarise yourself with new topics in a dynamic environment
* Ability to work in a team and a high willingness to learn
