* Support daily operational activities within the department.
* Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports.
* Participate in improvement projects and contribute with proposals or solutions.
* Learn and apply company procedures, standards, and tools relevant to the role.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish assigned tasks.
* Prepare documentation, presentations, and follow-ups as required.
* Attend training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
* Perform any additional tasks assigned by the PM to support the team.
