Our team plays an important role in the Real Estate Credit Process. The team produces regular real estate market research reports and market indicators for Erste Group's core markets. Furthermore location and market assessment as well as analysis of the rental status for specific CRE properties are provided by the team. The team is responsible for group wide collateral management standards and we are running strategic change-the-bank projects in the area of real estate valuation and collateral management.

Your Tasks
* Preparation of real estate cash flow analyses
* Support in various real estate market research activities and real estate property valuation
* Contribution to the development of real estate market and location assessments

Your Background
* Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics and/or real estate and you already have a first professional experience in real estate
* Experienced in working with MS Excel and enthusiastic about exploring new analytical and digital approaches
* Strong interest in Commercial Real Estate and motivated to deepen industry knowledge
* Skilled in handling complex and extensive data sets
* Results-oriented mindset with a responsible, hands-on approach and team spirit
* Fluency in German and English is required
