Job Description

On the IoT team, you will dive deep into the data our devices generate and play a real part in turning it into meaningful impact. You will work alongside experienced data scientists and engineers to clean, analyse and mine large datasets, uncovering patterns that power use cases such as safe-driving analysis. This is a great opportunity to apply your data skills to real-world problems, learn how a large-scale data platform works, and grow under the guidance of a friendly team. The Day-to-Day Activities
* Collect, clean and organise large datasets uploaded from IoT devices, such as sensor signals, GPS traces, images and videos.
* Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies and useful features in the data.
* Support the team in building and evaluating data mining and machine learning models, for example for safe-driving analysis.
* Create clear charts, dashboards and reports to communicate your findings to the team.
* Write tidy, reproducible code and keep simple documentation of your work.
* Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product managers to understand questions and share results

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
* Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis.
* A solid foundation in statistics and basic data analysis.
* A genuine passion for data mining, with strong curiosity and a fast learning ability.
* Good teamwork and communication skills, and a basic command of English (reading and writing)
