Job Description

We are looking for Technical High School students interested in gaining hands-on experience in a global business environment. This internship offers exposure to customer research, data analysis, and business operations while helping students build analytical, technology, and corporate skills.
Responsibilities
* You will conduct customer research to identify, review, and validate contact information.
* Support Collections-related projects through analysis, documentation, and progress tracking.
* You will help with Service Suspension and Reconnection activities.
* Collaborate with our teams to help address customer-related inquiries and issues.
* Use digital technology to conduct research and manage information

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in the final year of a Technical High School program in Accounting or Finance in Costa Rica.
* B2 English proficiency, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
* Interest in technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analysis.
* Collaboration skills to work as part of a team.
* Curious mindset and focus in learning
