What will you do?
Support Production Supervisors in daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
Assist in monitoring production performance metrics and preparing reports for management review.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to support operational goals.
Support implementation and sustainment of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
Assist with data collection, analysis, and presentation of key production indicators.
Participate in special projects assigned by the Production Manager.

Who will you report to?
This position reports directly to the Production Manager and works closely with Production Supervisors and hourly production teams. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Quality, Engineering, Methods, and Supply Chain, to support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Active student status with availability to complete an internship program.
Graduating in June 2027or later
Basic to intermediate English
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
