The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

As a Talent Attraction, Acquisition & Onboarding Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, supporting initiatives that help attract, engage, and onboard top talent. You will work closely with the Talent Team and contribute to key projects that support strategic workforce planning and enhance the candidate experience.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment, employer branding, candidate engagement, onboarding, and talent pipeline management within a leading global professional services organization.

What you will do

As part of the Talent Team, you will:
* Support talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding activities across the candidate lifecycle.
* Assist in the development and execution of recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
* Help build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.
* Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling.
* Support onboarding activities to facilitate a seamless candidate experience.
* Conduct research and prepare reports to support recruitment projects and recommendations.
* Assist in the delivery of talent-related processes, projects, and initiatives.
* Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment and onboarding effectiveness.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business hiring requirements.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, or a related business discipline.
* Less than six months of professional work experience.
* A minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent.
* A valid Qatari ID.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Duration: 3 months
* Location: Qatar
* Start Date: Immediate
