Job Description Summary
The role involves basic execution of project work that includes various aspects of project management, including planning, preparing project meetings, preparing minutes of meetings and reports, coordinating and communicating with various internal stakeholders and at times with the Customer.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Support Senior Project Managers in preparation of EHS plans with the support from EHS Manager or Site Safety Officer
* Supporting the Senior Project Managers to execute projects, included set up, and close out
* Participate in daily management discussions and meetings
* Coordinate with Project Administrator and Project Doc Controller to ensure projects documentation is up to date
* Work closely with the Quality manager or quality advisor in reviewing quality pans. ITP's or ITPL's
* Prepare and review project execution plans, communications plans and project schedules
* Undertake contract reviews
* Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of equipment and resources to support timely execution of projects
* Prepare and update project risk registers and prepare early warning as required on projects

Required Qualifications
* B. Eng or BSc in Engineering or BTech in Engineering
* Experience with planning tools like MS Projects or Primavera
* Very strong skills in Ms Word and Excel

Desired Characteristics
* Prior working experience will be advantageous
* Contract Management experience will be advantageous
