About the team:
Hermès International's Legal Department brings together over 70 legal professionals across the globe, combining expertise with a spirit of excellence. The Singapore hub supports nine dynamic markets across Southeast Asia, India, South Korea and Australia. You will contribute directly to ambitious regional projects and shape the legal foundations of an exceptional Maison.
Your missions:
* Draft and review contracts, NDAs, concession and real estate agreements with rigour and attention to detail
* Manage and update the contracts database, templates and internal policies
* Support the organisation of Board meetings, AGMs and corporate secretarial processes
* Contribute to the roll-out of compliance programmes across the region (data protection, anti-corruption, AML)
* Coordinate with external counsels and provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders
* Assist in designing and delivering legal and compliance training across local markets
Your Profile:
You are a qualified law graduate with a first practical experience in a law firm or in-house environment. You communicate with clarity, adapt naturally to different cultures and bring both analytical sharpness and collaborative spirit. You are ready to grow in a demanding, inspiring and truly international setting.
