We are looking for a Security Officer to support our International Organizations (IO) business on security-related matters, ensure security compliance within our Greece office, and contribute directly to the security activities of our client services.
The role combines office security compliance, with hands-on involvement in service delivery. It includes security governance, audit coordination alignment with applicable security standards, internal requirements and client contractual obligations.
Your role:
* Act as a security point of reference across the International Organizations (IO) business, providing guidance and support on security clearances, compliance requirements and other security-related matters.
* Act as a security consultant within client services, analysing security requirements and specifications and translating them into appropriate actions, plans and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain security plan deliverables, procedures and security-related documentation and reporting., including security scan reports, incident reports and mitigation reports.
* Oversee security compliance for the NTT DATA Greece office, coordinating security audits and acting as the key point of reference during external audits related to office security standards.
* Review office changes from a security and compliance perspective, participate in relevant committees, identify security constraints or gaps, and coordinate the necessary remediation actions.
* Coordinate with security, technical and delivery teams to ensure security activities, incidents and remediation actions are assigned, tracked and completed within agreed timelines.
* Ensure ongoing compliance of our services with client contractual security requirements and specifications, identifying gaps and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
Your profile:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Previous experience in information security, security consulting, IT security governance, compliance or a related field, ideally within an IT services or consulting environment.
* Good understanding of security standards, controls, ISO frameworks, audits and compliance processes.
* Experience supporting or coordinating security audits, assessments and remediation activities.
* Ability to analyse technical and contractual security requirements and translate them into practical actions.
* Experience developing security plans, procedures, reports and other security-related documentation.
* Understanding of security incidents, vulnerability assessments, risk management and mitigation actions.
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, auditors, technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English.
* Be able to act on project level as both a Security Manager, as well as act as a part of a larger security team, depending on project complexity.
* Relevant Information Security certifications, including CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, will be considered an asset.
* Experience in projects or roles involving EU institution, will be considered an advantage.
