Job Description - Management Trainee (Artificial Intelligence) Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee - AI to support the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions across business functions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in AI and Machine Learning project planning and execution.
* Analyze business processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
* Collect, clean, and analyze data to support AI initiatives.
* Support development and testing of AI models and applications.
* Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on AI project outcomes.
* Monitor AI model performance and recommend improvements.
* Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
* Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices. Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Analytics.
* Knowledge of Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
* Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and presentation abilities. Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
* Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
