Production Operator

Overview

We are currently looking to pipeline candidates for our Temporary Production Operator panel based in our Carrigaline Plant.

These roles are a critical component in our Concentrate manufacturing network. Operations are at the center of everything we do, this is where our food and beverages come to life and is the start of the journey to getting our product in the hands of our consumers. That's why we need dedicated individuals who share our dedication to the fundamentals of our business in safety, quality, service and efficiency. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of activities associated with the chosen area; including the inbound receipt, manufacturing, filling and dispatch of liquid and powder flavours. Employees must comply with all Health, Safety & Environment requirements including Company policies & procedures outlined at induction and/or throughout the course of employment

Qualifications

* Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment

* High degree of accuracy/attention to detail essential 

* Successful completion of leaving certificate or equivalent 

* Forklift driving certification desirable - essential for warehouse-based roles (Counterbalance License and/or Reach License) 

* Strong written and verbal communication skills 

* Proven flexibility and teamwork skills 

* A technical qualification (desirable but not required) 

* Good PC Skills and ability to interact with automated systems and manufacturing execution systems 

* Shift Work may be a requirement
