Store Manager / Supervisor - Luxury Menswear

Location: Forte dei Marmi, Italy

Salary: Up to 45,000 Euros + Bonus

We are partnering with an established Italian luxury fashion house renowned for its understated elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and dedication to timeless style. With a strong heritage rooted in Italian tailoring and premium materials, the brand has built a loyal international clientele who value quality, sophistication, and authentic luxury.

We are currently seeking a talente d Store Manager or Supervis or to lead the brand's Menswear Boutique in the prestigious seaside destination of Forte dei Marmi.

The Role

As the leader of the boutique, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and ensuring the highest standards of luxury retail operations. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong presence on the shop floor, a passion for menswear, and the ability to build long-term relationships with an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities.

Lead and inspire the boutique team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Deliver a world-class client experience that reflects the values of a luxury brand.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators and commercial objectives.
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Oversee stock management, inventory control, and daily operational procedures.
Recruit, coach, and develop team members to maximise performance.
Collaborate with neighbouring boutiques and support wider business objectives when required.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Supervisor within luxury fashion, premium retail, or high-end menswear.
Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering results.
Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and client relationship management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to create a welcoming and personalised client experience.
Fluent Italian; additional languages are highly advantageous.

Package

Competitive salary of up to EUR45,000 gross per annum.
