Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
As part of the Client Register team, you will contribute to the management and integrity of client data, supporting the bank's core operations and ensuring a high standard of service for internal stakeholders and client-facing teams, without direct contact with clients.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the opening and closing of customer accounts for the bank and its branches, as well as handling credit card administration for customers. This involves updating static data and the services selected by our clients and performing "Cotation" tasks such as signature verification.
In addition, you will play a central role in the transformation of our activities by driving the identification, implementation, and optimization of automation and digitalization solutions for our processes. You will ensure strict adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements, while supporting the various business lines of the Bank.
Your role
* Play a key role in managing client account openings and updates for individuals, legal entities, and trusts, ensuring a seamless client experience.
* Strive for excellence in data quality and completeness, supporting both business growth and regulatory requirements.
* Take charge of credit card administration, working closely with service providers to deliver efficient solutions.
* Perform analysis of account structures and verification of client signatures to ensure the validity and compliance of payment instructions.
* Make a real impact by contributing to data remediation initiatives and maintaining accurate client records.
* Be proactive in improving departmental procedures, keeping us aligned with the latest industry standards.
* Embrace digital transformation by supporting the adoption of automation and AI solutions.
* Foster consistency and efficiency by promoting process harmonization across the Group.
* Get involved in projects that drive innovation and enhance client data management.
* Collaborate with dedicated colleagues and key stakeholders across the business.
* Be a valued partner, responding to requests from all business lines regarding Client Register activities.
Your profile
Requested experience:
* Bachelor's, or Master's degree, ideally complemented by initial experience in the banking sector (Operations)
Soft skills:
* Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized, delivering work of the highest quality.
* Dynamic, proactive in problem-solving, and demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
* Discreet and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Technical skills:
* Proficient in standard MS Office products.
* Interest in automation, digitalization, and new technologies, with the ability to design, maintain, or improve automated operational tools (Python, SQL, low-code, LLMs, AI agents, etc.), while adhering to security and compliance standards is a strong asset.
Language skills:
* Fluent in written and spoken French. Good command of English. German is an asset.
