Position Summary: The Trainer and Events Manager is a key Guerlain Ambassador, responsible for elevating brand expertise and driving engagement. This role develops and delivers comprehensive training for internal teams and external partners, ensuring product knowledge and brand values are expertly conveyed. Simultaneously, the Trainer and Events Manager plans and executes a range of impactful brand events, including PR, masterclasses, and VIC events. Overseeing all logistics and budgets for this scope, he ensures seamless execution and qualitative success, contributing to Guerlain's prestigious image and business.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role focusing on training and event management, preferably within the luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance industry. Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated experience in budget management. Creative flair and an eye for detail to deliver memorable and impactful brand experiences. Ability to travel frequently throughout the Netherlands for training sessions and events. Possession of a valid driving license B is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.
