In this role, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our shipments, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule while working closely with a supportive, driven team.
The successful candidate should be self-driven and results orientated. In addition, they will have a logical approach and possess strong communication skills. The successful individual must show a proactive responsibility towards his or her own health and safety, and that of their colleagues.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
* Ensure that we serve'Our Customers'to the highest possible standard.
* Plan the day to day inbound/outbound of'Our Operation'and be a key point of contact for our factories, suppliers, transportcompaniesand customers.
* Support 'Our People'byliaising with the Supply Chain and O2C teams to efficiently manage daily processes to consistently deliver our business.
* Be responsible forthe integration of FEX files and building the daily despatch and collection schedules.
* Be resilient in your approach to delivering the best possible operational daily planand alsodrive our KPIs of sustainability in line with 'Our Environment'and cost to serve in line with'Our Future'.
* Ensure that all documentation is managed and processed within group and legal norms.
MUST HAVE
* The ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines and targets.
