Description du poste:

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Lead complex engine diagnostics and repairs independently across Cummins products, ensuring high-quality service in both workshop and customer site settings.
* Coach and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise and reviewing repair plans to build team capability and confidence.
* Drive customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions using tools like Guidanz and ANVL.
* Ensure compliance and safety by modelling proactive health and safety behaviours and ensuring adherence to all HSE policies.
* Support cross-functional initiatives by contributing to local CIT projects and collaborating with other departments as needed.
* Maintain service excellence by following Cummins' Standard Repair Times (SRTs) and service documentation protocols.
* Champion continuous improvement by identifying and escalating technical issues and contributing to knowledge databases.
* Promote operational efficiency by maintaining a clean, organised workspace and ensuring tools are in proper working order.

Education/Experience:
* Education: Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution; Apprentice Trained Engine Technician preferred.
* Licenses: Locally valid driving permit preferred.
* Experience: Advanced knowledge of engine products; experience coaching junior technicians is a plus.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

* Commitment to development through ongoing training and self-directed learning to stay current with Cummins technologies
