Job Description
Location: Santiago de Chile, Chile
Work Hours: Flexible working hours (25, 30, 35 or 40 hours weekly)
Profile: Active undergraduate student in Chile with a background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits program.
Duration: Minimum of 6 months.

The P&G Chile Internship program offers promising undergraduates the opportunity to grow as business leaders by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 6 months at our office located in Santiago de Chile, Chile. You will join one of our departments - Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, or Product Supply - and work on projects during your internship.

Some of your tasks will be:
* Work on key projects that you will own, lead, and deliver from Day 1
* Collaborate with a diverse team of P&Gers from various backgrounds, nationalities, and markets
* Develop innovative approaches to big problems using creativity and teamwork
* Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from your manager and colleagues
* Contribute to a dynamic and respectful work environment

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a student who:

* Is an active undergraduate student in Chile with 6-12 months left to graduate.
* Has written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Displays strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and an end-goal oriented attitude.
* Is driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results.
* Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.

Hard Skills:
* Understanding of business principles
* Basic financial acumen
* Proficiency in relevant software tools

Soft Skills:
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Effective communication abilities
* Leadership potential and creativity

Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience in project management
* Knowledge of marketing strategies
