1. Assist in developing daily monitoring mechanisms for delivery experience metrics, including building dashboards and conducting case analysis to identify underlying operational problems and provide insights for optimization. 2. Conduct operational analysis and provide insights for rider recruitment, rider segmentation, rider promotion activities, etc . 3. Other daily operational work, such as rider-side demand research, marketing message improvement, etc

Profil requis du candidat:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance Engineering or a related discipline, experience in internet data analysis, O2O, or related industries. 2. Candidates with logistics or statistical analysis experience are preferred. 3. Proficient in SQL, sensitive to data, and familiar with basic data analysis and visualization tools. 4. Excellent analytical skill and curiosity, able to proactively explore business issues and drive operational optimization through data. 5. Proficiency in AI tools is a plus
