At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city's newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for motivated, service-oriented, and enthusiastic students to join our Front Office Internship Program. If you are passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and learning how luxury hotels create unforgettable stays, this internship is a unique opportunity to grow within our Rooms Division.
The Front Office Trainee plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, supporting daily front desk operations, and ensuring that every interaction reflects Hyatt's standards of service excellence.

What You'll Do
* Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience
* Support in handling reservations, room assignments, and guest preferences
* Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
* Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Help maintain accurate guest records and update systems as needed
* Support in upselling rooms and hotel services following Hyatt standards
* Assist with administrative and operational tasks at the Front Office
Who You Are
* Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related student
(able to sign an internship agreement)
* Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
* Service-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
* Available for a minimum of 5 months
* Eligible for internships in Spain/EU
