About the team Fashion Category team is responsible for driving the overall growth, competitiveness, and health of the Fashion business on TikTok Shop. This includes managing the entire category ecosystem-from managing seller and assortment strategy to stock, content supply, campaigns participation, and competitive positioning. About this role This role will support the Fashion Category team by taking ownership of several operational and analytical workstreams that, while smaller in scope, contribute meaningfully to the category's overall performance and business objectives. Responsibilities - Develop the category strategy and identify growth opportunities. - Manage, and grow key sellers and brands. - Improve product assortment, availability, pricing, and competitiveness. - Drive GMV through campaigns, promotions, livestreams, affiliates, and creator collaboration. - Monitor category performance, seller metrics, customer trends, and market competition. - Work with cross-functional teams such as Campaign, Creator, Ads, Logistics, and Governance. - Support sellers with business plans and performance improvement actions

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification(s) 1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets 3. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, both written and verbal. 4. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 5. Good analytical thinking Preferred Qualification(s) 1. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 2.
