About the team We are the TikTok One Product Operation (PMM) team under GMPT, responsible for driving the global go-to-market and adoption of TikTok One products and capabilities across regions. We serve as the key bridge between Product teams and regional business teams, working closely with Creative Ops, AEs, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that the latest product features, updates, and solutions are effectively brought to market. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Support the day-to-day operations of TTO products across APAC, working closely with local AEs, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to collect product feedback and business requirements. - Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to identify, communicate, and resolve daily product and operational issues. - Support GTM for new features, including strategy development, sales enablement materials, training, and execution. - Conduct regular data extraction, organization, and analysis, and support the development and maintenance of dashboards. - Explore and apply AI tools to improve efficiency in data processing, information synthesis, and daily operational workflows

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in Marketing or a related discipline. - Proficiency in both Japanese and English as working languages is required - Strong judgment, execution, logical thinking, and communication skills. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with dashboard development or BI tools - Familiarity with AI Agents and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency Preferred Qualifications - Previous internship experience in data analytics, marketing, advertising products, or internet platform
