We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in the Legal Department at Kraft Heinz!
Gain hands-on in-house legal experience in an international FMCG environment. You will work across commercial contracts, compliance, governance and legal research.

The position
You will support the Kraft Heinz Benelux Legal team and work directly with legal colleagues and business stakeholders on day-to-day matters.
As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from the start. Alongside your day-to-day work, you will have opportunities to develop your professional skills, learn how different functions work together and build relationships across an international business. You are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and bring a fresh perspective. You will receive support from colleagues while being expected to take ownership of agreed projects and deliverables.

What you'll do
* Assist with drafting and reviewing national and international commercial contracts (sales, distribution, marketing, agency);
* Support with compliance activities (e.g., GDPR, anti-trust)
* Support corporate governance activities (e.g., minutes of Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings);
* Prepare legal research, memos, training materials and internal guidance
* Maintain legal archives and databases
* Track actions and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders
* Administrative support to Head of Legal

Job requirements
* Current bachelor's or master's enrolment in Dutch Law or a related field
* Dutch and English at B2-C1 level
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* French is preferred but not required
* Relevant in-house or law-firm experience is an advantage
NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

Recruitment process:

Note: The recruitment process can take 4/6 weeks in total 

What we offer:
* Start date: February 2027
* Duration: 6 months
* Allowance: EUR625 per month (40 hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses 
* Location: Amsterdam, hybrid (home working in alignment with the team)
