## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities De forma a suportar os processos no departamento de FES/ Melhoria Contínua, a Faurecia Moldados pretende integrar um estágio IEFP (Programa + Talento / 6 meses) na sua equipa para: 1- Apoiar o desenvolvimento de melhorias de produtividade e eficiência através da identificação e redução de desperdícios, melhoria da equilibragem com impacto na redução do Workcontent e do Tempo de Ciclo do GAP; 2- Apoiar na análise, desenvolvimento e implementação de novos layouts de acordo com as necessidades (definição de layouts em AutoCad Atual e Target); 3- Apoiar a melhoria e otimização de fluxos internos; 4- Acompanhar o desenvolvimento e implementação de ferramentas e metodologias FES (Sistema de Excelência Faurecia); 5- Suportar a gestão e melhoria da aplicação das ferramentas Digitais mLean e DMC pelas equipas de Shopfloor;6- Apoiar a implementação e Coaching de ferramentas de Strandards de trabalho, TPM, SMED e 5S's. ## Your profile and competencies to succeed Licenciatura em áreas de Engenharia e/ou Gestão Industrial; Conhecimentos de Inglês e de Office; Conhecimentos de Autocad (preferencial); Espírito crítico e capacidade analítica; Capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa. ## What we can do for you * At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies. * We are the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, employing more than 157,000 people in more than 40 countries which makes a lot of opportunity for career development. * We welcome energetic and agile people who can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
