Sales Support Administrator (Intern)

What are your contributions to the team?

In your role, you will:
* Support the Service Sales team assigned to the International region.
* Support the team with administrative and operational tasks.
* Assist in maintaining and updating databases, trackers, and reports.
* Prepare documentation, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
* Assist with data entry, and record management.
* Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives.
* Provide general support to the department as needed.
* Complete assigned training and development activities.

* To have a keen interest in the Aviation Sector.
* To have a strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 software suite, with the ability to quickly learn other software programs.
* To Demonstrate attention to detail
* To Manage workload in a timely manner with ability to hit deadline.
* To be able to take initiative
* To have strong verbal and written communications skills
* To have experience in Sales and/or Marketing environment - preferred
* To have a degree - preferred
