Job Description

* Monitors orders on a daily basis and organizes timely deliveries
* Responsible for free of charge deliveries
* Informs the recipient in a timely manner about the quantity of delivery
* Responsible for customs clearance of exported goods that have been shipped
* Creates documentation for delivery related to special needs (e.g. customs regulations, taxes...).
* Prepares documentation for delivery in relation to the client's requirements
* Continuously monitors deviations in the customs clearance and transport process and proposes measures to prevent them

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of logistics processes
* Fluency in English language
* MS office package
* SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage
* Good analytical skills and problem solving ability
