Description:
Jönköping University (JU) is one of three Swedish private, non-profit institutions of higher education with the right to award doctorates. JU operates on the basis of an agreement with the Swedish Government and conforms to national degree regulations and quality requirements. Jönköping University is characterized by internationalization, an entrepreneurial spirit and collaboration with the surrounding society. Research and education are carried out at four schools: Jönköping International Business School, School of Education and Communication, School of Engineering and School of Health Sciences. The university is organized as a group of companies with five subsidiaries - four schools and a service company - owned by Jönköping University Foundation. Jönköping University has an extensive exchange programme with approximately 350 partner universities all over the world, and is one of the leading universities in Sweden in the area of international exchange.

I lived with my parents, so I didn't need to pay money for housing. Moreover, here in Sweden, consumers price is much higher than in Korea.

Everything is expensive here in Sweden. Cooking by yourself would be one of good ways to reduce spending money.

Sweden is a very expensive country compared with New Zealand but you can live on the cheap if nessacary

Dont load down your suitcase with pots and pans, just buy it from the second hand shops. Ikea has lots of cheap stuff.

I don't know why but food products are especially pricey in Sweden. If you are price conscious, then you are recommended to buy them at the ICA supermarket.

Life in Sweden is more expensive than in Hungary. However, it was so much more than I believed before.

If you live in Raslatt, which is one of the possible accomodations, you can buy your monthly ticket for public transport at 60% discount.

Because in my home country I lived at home. Overseas, I lived on my own and the expenses of one person does not equal the sum of the expenses of each member of a family. Usually, its cheaper as a whole than a group of individuals.

When you are in a foreign country, you'll have to see/do a lot... Unfortunately it costs some money. But it was really worth it.
