Description:
Jönköping University (JU) is one of three Swedish private, non-profit institutions of higher education with the right to award doctorates. JU operates on the basis of an agreement with the Swedish Government and conforms to national degree regulations and quality requirements. Jönköping University is characterized by internationalization, an entrepreneurial spirit and collaboration with the surrounding society. Research and education are carried out at four schools: Jönköping International Business School, School of Education and Communication, School of Engineering and School of Health Sciences. The university is organized as a group of companies with five subsidiaries - four schools and a service company - owned by Jönköping University Foundation. Jönköping University has an extensive exchange programme with approximately 350 partner universities all over the world, and is one of the leading universities in Sweden in the area of international exchange.

definitely Student Karen- the place for students. OTHER NIGHT SPOTS- Huset, Centrum, Harry's. Not miss to try swedish "fika"- Cafe Kloster on Torpa, Berdards City and Wiener on Oster. Nice to jog around lake Munksjon. To go in for sports - JSIF-sport association offers wide variety of activities: soccer, basketball, kickboxing etc. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

The student club Karen is the place to go on a wednesday night. Centrum and Huset are other really good clubs. Loads of parties to go to in Raslett with lots of other international and Swedish Student. Cheap and cheerful places to eat are Jonas (Pasta place) Melodys (all u can eat buffet for 45 SEK for lunch). This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

In Jönköping, there were students party every wednesday night in Akademein. Good place to go out during the other nights: Atta Glass, Centrum, Bongo Bar... A lot of gym club, and great landscapes for jogging, cycling... Weednesday is student night at Karan. Awesome place to practise the Swedish pick up lines! Huset was pretty good, got to see Anne Lee perform there. Twin Cities a place to relax on a Monday night. Sveas was the bar that we usually hang out on most Saturday nights. Other than that, we usually went to the Student Bar too. The cafetaria in the school served the best Swedish food I've ever tasted! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Harry's is the best place to hang out with friends. To be honest,i haven't been in cafe much, because it costs a lot to go to Cafe. As a student, Karen is the best place for cheap drinks and friends. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
