Why? Cheaper, cleaner and also have housemates
Personal comments:
The housing office doesn't care about the students. When theft happened in our house, they didn't do anything to improve. It's not the first time to happen and housing office didn't tell students. Besides, sometimes the facility is broken, it's very inefficient for housing to repair.

The living standard here is more expensive than my country. Besides, I traveled a lot.

Personal recommendation:
The students is not very well-qualified, some even didn't have work experience but they can study MBA program. Two lecturers deal with one subject is not helpful for students.
