I didn't have many language problems since both Australia and America speak English. I had a few communication problems having a different accent and using different slang, but overall there was nothing terrible.

as in most cases, ti helps a lot to be in an environment in which everything is in the language we're learning. only most of the people I've interacted with are also international students, and I wish I had a chance to speak more with natives.
