L'université donne une liste d'appartements, et éventuellement aide à trouver des collocataires dans la même université. Cependant, on trouve souvent mieux en cherchant par ses propres moyens.

I speak spanish very well now, even with young people (slang), but I have now an accent from Madrid ! :-P

Flats without heating exist in Madrid (I didn't see that when I visited mine... I used small electrical heaters but it's been a problem)
